Hi Everyone,
If any of you have your copy of Deep Down Popular still - I NEED IT BACK!
It's from the public library and they are getting really cranky with me.
Please return it to the library as soon as you can
thanks!

New Book!
The votes are in.....(drumroll please)
Chasing Vermeer wins!
Hooray! It's a great choice - a fun read with lots of mystery and twists and turns. Mrs. R will start requesting your copies of the books today. As soon as they start arriving I will drop them off to your classrooms with a note about how much to read for our next meeting.
The votes were basically tied up until today so I hope all of you "Edward Tulane" folks aren't too disappointed!
I really think you'll enjoy this one :)

Update
Hi Everyone,
So far I have 8 responses to the poll asking what our next book should be. We have 16 people in this club - that means 8 of you still need to vote! If you know of anyone who hasn't voted yet, please remind them to do it :)
They can always pop down to the LMC during indoor recess, or ask their teacher when they have a free moment during the day.
I will (hopefully) be telling you about our book choice very soon.

Bummer!
Tesago is the only school that has The 13th Princess! That means we can't use it as our next book. It's a bummer but there's nothing we can do about it now.
Here's a poll to pick our next book. After you vote leave me a comment with your first name telling me that you voted - I want to make sure everyone is counted. Try to get the voting done by Tuesday. If you (or someone you know in the club) can't vote over the weekend, tell them to stop by the library on Monday and get it done then.

Meeting on March 3rd
Hi Everyone,
I'm checking to see if we can get enough copies of our next book - The Thirteenth Princess. If we can't, we'll pick one of our second place winners: Chasing Vermeer, The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane or The Doll People. I'll let you know about that soon and I'll put a poll up on the blog so you'll be able to choose among the second place books.
If any of you still have your copy of Deep, Down Popular please bring it back to the library as soon as you can. There are at least two copies out there somewhere and the public librarians are going to yell at me soon!
